I guess this might explain part of the homeless and housing problem in LA when one person can own something like this and probably only lives in it a few weeks per year.
No it doesn't, because there have always been ultra luxury homes in LA. There are also homeless in every large city in America, and even in midsize towns.
@@advolad9932 It's a stunning home, but it's not 65 million. There is an even larger modern luxury home not far from this home, on a larger lot and with an even better view that's listed for only 46 million, and it's just as stunning. This is a ridiculous price, and it will sit on the market for a long time. I'd be surprised if it sold with a 5 in front of it.
