Females are worthless in law enforcement. They have to call for back up to get a male officer to help out. I have worked for Georgia DOC, Michigan county jail and Michigan DOC and almost every time the females step aside so the guys could do the use of force. There were a few of the gals that did not hesitate to get in the scrap. They didnt care if they took a punch to the face. The others were worthless.
