Nice! I was going for 100 a day but was getting too burnt out. It stays a little more interesting this way, not as boring and actually helps my 100 straight. Its a similar approach to running, but qith burpees 🤙🏼
@@allanchestnuttree speaking of running and borrowing the term “negative splits”, I try to finish at a faster pace, maybe not as fast as the first couple rounds, but hopefully faster than the rest. I do this most of the time doing what I call “20 burpees sprint to finish.”
@@pierinifitness negative splits on 20s for me is hard. I try and hold a consistent pace. 99% of the time i do intervals, its usually over 100 burpees, those last two sets are really the only ones that matter. I know i can definitely hit my paces for the first 100. Yesterdays was pretty fun, 50-40-30-20-10 2:1 work to rest
