One thing I would disagree with - Azerbaijan DOES NOT suck as a country. We are multicultural, rich in history and art, especially music (yes the composer of the anthem was one of the most brilliant classical composers). You will fall in love if you visit us one day :)

There is so much energy, passion, life and confidence in the music of this anthem that you can't sit back and wait for mercy from anyone. But you have to fight and achieve justice. I'm sorry, but Denmark needs to be higher. Also, you need to listen to other recordings, as anthems (like other types of music) rely on its players, and one recording doesn't speak for the rest.
It could some sound fictitious, but why when mentioning Sealand, why you didn't include the national anthems for other micronations and or fictitious ones?E.G. that of Liberland, Oceania (of 1984), the proposal for the United Nations, that of Star Treck's United Federation of Planets... About the UFA one (taken from national anthems.info): This is the anthem of a fictitious supra-national state on the TV show Star Trek. The United Federation of Planets encompasses several planets into a federation (hense the name), headquartered on Earth. An episode entitled “Take Me Out To The Holosuite” from the Star Trek series Star Trek: Deep Space 9 contained a baseball game with Federation players. One scene from the episode has the anthem of the Federation playing before the ball game starts, much like what happens in sporting games in “real life”. As I've said, I'm close to Costa Rica. My father was born in a province very close to Costa Rica, so maybe he hath heared more than once the costa rican anthem.
In my opinion, if you dont listen to the anthem with its vocals or know it's history then it's better to not judge them in the first place especially insulting it, an anthem isnt simply a good sounding song But what do i expext, you're an ignorant American

Where's the best anthem in the entire Universe? I refer, of course, to that of Wales, especially if sung, because the Welsh are the best singers in the world. OK, Wales is not strictly politically a separate country but you have definitely lost something.
If I may offer my opinion on this, I do have a critique. From the looks of it, you just listened to the versions of the anthems on wikipedia, which from my impressions, are not as good as some of the other versions that exist. Mainly because the wikipedia versions lack vocals a lot of the time. I guarantee that with some of these anthem's vocals, they would be plazed a whole lot higher, like Argentina, South Africa, Portugal, Tunisia, Andorra, Bulgaria, Greece, Cameroon, or Georgia. If you see this, I would recommend searching on RU-vid for the vocal versions of these anthems, because even from just the examples I've listed, I agree that the wikipedia versions are in many cases nowhere near as good as the vocal versions.
