Brilliant trip report. I like the moodlighting of QR's A350. It's weird they only used a staircar to board a widebody. If the flight had been full, it'd have taken a long time to board
Alitalia sadly no longer exists and has now become ITA airways 🇮🇹 but I have memories of it bc whenever I travel from London Heathrow used to see Alitalia planes there but I sadly never went on it

The inflight service looks good but a slice of cake and chocolate are missing for desert which is the norm around the world in business class. There is always room for improvement.

Thanks for the video. It reminds me of the flight I took on them last October from Montreal to Casablanca in business class; it wasn't a good flight. Unfortunately, I was not able to get a window seat like you did, and I had an aisle seat in the middle section. The middle section seats are the worst business class seat I've ever flown as the middle seats angle toward each other. It was cramped, particularly by the feet and your feet, when stretched out, are essentially in the other person's seat area. Very weird. Additionally, the food was almost inedible. And, with one exception, the flight crew in business class was rude, emotionless, and seemed very bothered to be working. In contrast, a few days later, I flew Royal Air Maroc from Casablanca to Tunis in business class; it was one of the best flights I've taken in my life as the service/food was outstanding.
Hi, thanks for sharing your experience, very interesting! I myself have had less good experiences and even better experiences on RAM, however this one specifically to New York was one of the better ones, I’ll be flying them again in the near future and look forward to reviewing them once more on a different route! Maybe the experience about food and interiors is not the best but the technical team is insane better than the 90% of the other aviation so the business class is still in development and it will be better because in 2030 morocco will make the world cup so 😊
