Excellent video. Having rebuilt several hundred of these I will add that you will usually need to polish outside of barrel with 600 or finer paper to remove crud buildup where internal “O” ring seals.
@@aceboogie7126 It is common in the W12 engines to go. However, we would advise you carry out a diagnostic check before just replacing the sensor. Ours haven't had any issues but is a V8
You missed out one button. The “REAR”. I can’t figure out what that button does because even with that button not selected, there is air going to the rear. Pls touch base on this button
Hi, yes, you are right. We did skip that button. The REAR button basically controls the A/c of the rear compartment. So when you press it, it will light up and any change for temperature or air distribution will only apply to the rear compartment.
Nice to see the CEO/Owner of the company doing videos for the marketing department. If you haven't watched the Gary Mavers video on his tour of IntroCar, go watch it. Gary meets this very man and it's a highly impressive conversation.
Hiya! I know these vids are a few years old now, but I'm finding them SUPER helpful, so thank you! Quick question: When reinstalling new gas spings, should the spheres have a bit of mineral oil poured into them before screwing on (like some do with oil or fuel filters) or is it best to let the bleeding process take care of this?
Hi, thanks! we are happy to help whenever we can. The answer is no, the spheres just screw in, no need to pour anything in them. The system will balance out on its own
Hi! We have shared the info along with the video (included again below). We publish all new products on our youtube channel so that they're searchable online for owners who may not know whether a product is available, or who may not know us, or that we reintroduce part numbers no longer available from the factory. In this particular instance, there is little more info to provide other than the fact that we also now stock it - it's already a product which is available, it's just more competitively priced now. Our focus is parts, so that's what our content is about, and we have only our channels to promote what we manufacture. We are constantly told that we don't share enough of the products we're bringing to market. We do also create videos of more complex parts with further information when relevant as you can see in our short reels. Thank you for your feedback and input. Happy motoring. Hi, we got two Valve Bodies: -UE37583 www.introcar.com/accumulator-valve-casing-assembly-ue37583sx-r -UE39519 www.introcar.com/accummulator-valve-assembly-ue39519sx-r You can check the links and see which is the best fit for your car. If you need any more help, do let us know
I would have needed that 3/4 year ago 😁 But got a NOS one and glad to see them beeing available for others to install. Link them to the steering rack rebuild. The 90° can be stuck and one need to cut the high pressure pipe.. at least that my experience 😊
Hex size 19 mill made one from 19 Mill bolt piss taker this guy is hahaha 50k car on my ramp the owner fooked it up listening to dicks like this hahaha

Can you transfer accumulator from card to another? The aqua matter is serviced they are working out ready to go, but the question again can we move them from one card to another car same model thank you.
Hi, as long as the accumulator is the right one for each car and the pressure needed of the accumulator is the same, then yes. Just make sure the accumulator has been properly serviced before installing it again
Given that the system merely opens a valve, how does increased pedal pressure increase braking force as per 'usual ' systems? Just by cracking the valve open wider?
Hi, thanks for the question. And yes, that is pretty much how it works, the distribution valve regulates the pressure that is applied to the callipers. The more you press the pedal, the larger the passage for the fluid and the more pressure applied to the callipers.
Hi @@kensmith8078 We were supplying them from 21st March 2019 (the week before we published this video) until 4th May 2023. We're now re-sourcing and unfortunately there are a number of supply issues across many products, not limited to our industry. Typically when we are out of stock on a product it's a sourcing or redesign issue, which can indeed take time. I am sorry we cannot be more exact with a time frame, but if you want to stay up to date with the back order status let me know and I can ask our R&D department for more information and get this to you directly. Have a lovely day :)
🤔 As the owner of a few of these old-school Rolls_Royce and Bentley vehicles. Its nice to know you are still making available these parts for earlier models like mine 👍
🤔 In the old days, of which i was alive to remember. Rolls_Royce and Bentley. Would have made sure that all of these parts to their older model vehicles, were always available in stock. Sadly now under German ownership. They no longer care about customers cars, once they age !!..
Ma786sai Dua truly most useful. Am changing both brake Accumulator Spheres on my 1982 Mark 1 Spirit. Was getting only 27 pumps on Brake 1 and hardly any on Brake 2. So I should get 50-60 pumps on either systems before Red Light comes ON.
Ma786sai Dua strangely these spheres were fitted new only 18 months ago. Today when I put the Spirit up on the hoist the spheres were clean. One front right-hand Caliper was leaking fluid. Can THAT be the cause on my low pressure? Or do you believe it’s the gas
Or do you believe the nitrogen gas in one or both of my spheres has leaked? I DO have 2 more new spheres ready with me. Do you think I should DEFINITELY fit ON the 2 NEW ACCUMULATORS? God bless you. Cyrus
@@cyrussataravalla6731 The only way to know how much pressure is in the spheres is by checking with a pressure gauge. 27 pumps is still reasonably safe but the one that goes straight away, should definitely be changed. Assuming is the spheres and nothing else causing a pressure problem. If the spheres lose pressure they won't be any visible sign of fluid leaking because it would be the nitrogen leaking not any fluid
John Tupper (I believe ?) I'm going to correct you here to what I believe to what the coolant holes are doing, and not so much to cool the cylinders, but the tube is installed with the holes facing up to cool the bridge in the block from the edge of the bore to the valve seats. The holes are unevenly spaced in the tube so coolant is aimed directly at these areas right where the very hot exhaust gases flow out through the exhaust ports. An engine that is badly silted up in the back of the block on a 4.5 litre engine where the coolant can't properly flow out at the back end of the tubes holes doesn't get adequate cooling on exhaust valves 5 and 6. This can and does cause the block to crack between the seats, and even more so if hardened seats have no been installed.
