I learned this in 1989 when I went into premature labor. I had to stay on left side for a few days to help bring down my BP. Been sleeping on my left side ever since.
Finally woke up thanks to you sir! I just did 30 days of no red meat or chicken. I now shop the outer section of the supermarket because I start thinking about the chemicals in products and seed oils having an impact on my body. Instead of packaged bread loaded with chemicals I buy bread from the local bakery that’s made with 4 ingredients instead of 20. Trying to get my health on track before it’s too late. Shout out to Dr. Cass Ingram Oil of Oregano with P73. A drop or two in the ear for ear infections. A drop on a Qtip up the nostrils. Been using it for over 15 years. Never had a infection since. The only side affect is it gets really hot . BUT ONLY for seconds. It will go away. So DON'T PANIC. THANKS DR for making this video!
