bullets can't push bodies around in real life for the same reason the bullet doesn't make you fall back but instead you fall back on your own Just felt like adding that :)
The main reason it's not possible is because they'd absorb the bullet. Games are more simplistic in this case and they only register the hit and not the spread of energy. Now I'm not saying a "bulletproof" body would move that much but it probably wouldn't stay in the same place
Was so annoyed that GTA4 was smaller and less complex than San Andreas that it felt like a downgrade. Yet even is smaller, still more deep and complex than GTA5...
