I can sit through a live performance with Little Feat any day. Allman Brothers Band too. I noticed George Lowell plays a great slide guitar when he feels that moment. Kind of mind blowing with the capo and slide down register. That was an American Country ride 🎶🎶. Modern electric music pales so radically to what these guys were experiencing. Did you see all the very controlled horns here? Do you know how hard that is to do? They never over powered the band. It was perfection. I saw the Allmans play with horns and they were too loud. I think Derek Trucks has this combination of good musicians with him. In the 90's the current bassist, I believe he's still with Dereck, almost out me to sleep with a bass solo at Jones Beach Theater. Nobody else could understand what he was doing, they were liking it, but I say down and closed my eyes. I cupped my ears because it was so soft. Since the bass player is still with Trucks, I should take the time to check them out. It is a busy life. But music is my heart. I want to try and do this music soulfully again as conductor or drummer/ percussionist/ vocals. Do it with some young ones who can rock out. Pass this music on to kids. 🎶🎶🎶🎶 This is the deepest American music of all with the Allman Brothers Band. It cuts past the Apple Pie and right to the American roots of an ol' southern soulful parlay. Even Civil War soldiers were Skinny dipping from West Point in the south. They called a cease fire and men who knew each other from West Point Academy were on opposite sides skinny dipping in a river lake area. Brothers were talking cousins were talking with respect. There is a time for cease fire and to relax, was the point. Put on the modern bathing gear. 🤣🤣 This music speaks to my heart. I want to learn how to play guitar like George Lowell and Duane Allman. I am a drummer and trumpet player, so it shouldn't be too much trouble and take lessons to find the chords. This was an amazing video. Thank you.

This looks like a man disguised as a woman. The hat is used to hide masculine features. Look at the lumpy walk, large hands and lack of makeup. Women were trained to walk gracefully in this time period.

Him and his guys got up on our g, ear at the forum inn in Edmonton. Played a whole mind blowing set, then gave us backstage passes to their concert the next night opening for moody blues .. unreal
