I love this car have Jetta been so reliable for 9 years but prices in Canada are ridiculous even comfort line is 55k plus tax and interest if you finance thats 70k that's ridiculous for a lower model SUV they are definitely over priced And many parked at dealers not much selling here so I'm not sure what's these companies goal because trust me they have tons of cars parked even from few years ago still not sold
@@Mike-wj1bv I don't know brother!!!! I went to the agency and they told me that only some come with that cockpit view. I have the premium R line and they don't give me that option, something that is not done for me...
Great video! I wonder if there is a way to see the front view as soon as you turn on the parking camera and put gear in D? I know Audi cars do this and it's super convenient
my cell phone is connected. I do not want the sirus radio to start playing when navigation from my phone tells me a turn. how do I make sure that it does not start playing the radio
I think VW needs feedback on this. Too many presses to get the overhead view. On the '21 it was one button and you have it. Now you have to press park assist then tap the screen for area view, and tap again to turn of the park assist. Very annoying.
The touch buttons under the screen at night are not visible I mean the Blue, Red, and White lines used for up and down the volume and up and down heat and cold, they should be turning on at night but I can't see them while I'm driving??? VW Atlas2024 forgot the lighting for this part car This is unbelievable, Who is the car lighting designer?
I have a 2024 Atleas SE with Tech. I do not like the infotaiment system. It is too distracting for me. I just purchased my car last Friday and I am hoping it grows one me but I prefer system my 2021 Tiguan has. I also do no like that the ac/heat system is digital so no knobs for quick heating/cooling without going through the info system. The system is also super sensitive. The drop down menu pops up a lot when Im trying to use it to get to specific features. That being said, I purchased the vehicle because of the drive and space. I LOVE the pilot seats on the second row and the spacious 3 row - even for adults. The infotainment system wasn't a make or break for me but I really do hope I become more comfortable with it over time because $50K in cash wasn't easy to fork over for something I am not in love with. LOL Oh, and it is a BEAUTIFUL car at night when it lights up. Truly a great car overall.
I have 2024 atlas cross sport sel premium r line I used my vw app to start the car faraway and didn’t work if you can help me with that please and thanks
Hello! As long as the phone and the vehicle have good reception, it should work. The vehicle will not remote start at all if its low on gas or the check engine light is on.
Great technology. Waaaaaaay too slow though. I could backed into that spot three times in the time these cars take to park themselves. Not hating. Just waiting for them to get better at it. People are too impatient to wait for a car to take that long to park itself. Try doing that in a busy parking lot or parallel park in a busy street. Horns honking, cursing, swearing from other drivers I’m sure. Someone speeds past and the car freaks out because it thinks it’s going to collide. That, or someone takes your spot because they didn’t know why you were standing there not moving with your signal on and assumed it was a spot further up ahead. Lol
@@jjchello parallel parking works amazing though, the car reversed into the spot on the first try and then went forward to center itself from the cars behind and in front. It was pretty quick tbh (I have a Seat Leon FR 2020 so it's more on the budget end of the car spectrum).
Hello! They do start to beep as you approach something. On the infotainment screen, there's a pop up that comes up with the picture of the vehicle and shows the proximity to the object your approaching.
Thanks for this great tutorial! There’s no way to remove those guide lines on the aerial view, is there? I just got a 2024 atlas and I find those really distracting as compared with the really clear aerial view I had on my previous car.
Hello! great questions, only the built-in navigation can be shown on the digital cockpit. The SEL trim level and up comes with built-in navigation. In order to do so, you can hit the view button or the up and down arrows on the right side of the steering wheel.
@@JoseVWAficionadois the navigation something you can purchase to have enabled? Never owned a Volkswagen absolutely shocked that I just bought one and see the "navigation isn't built in" message, I'm so dumb for not checking for this before purchasing
