Locality is not preferred, on an inside road. Situated actually at Naigaon, surroundings are down-market and depressing. Construction going on right opposite which will create nuisance and disturbances and noise. Has Tower Parking which is EXPENSIVE to maintain and will lead to HIGHER MONTHLY MAINTENENCE BILLS. Price Quoted is much higher.

Though one may be in love with the property and amenities showcased by the Builder. Pls don't fall prey to their sweet words. I am staying at Bhagwati Ventures, property called Skylon. The builder had made great promises to us and now I feel that we have been fooled. The basic amenities of providing Water is not even taken care off. For a 20+ storeyed tower, every alternate days the lifts are non operational. Once in a week , the flat intercoms konks off. Despite numerous complaints to the Builders by Proposed Committee members and the residents, no remedial action has been taken. It's now 10 days that we are starving for water. We have been relying on Bisleri for drinking water. Imagine the plight of 240 odd flat owners and 600 humans in this society. So please guys, don't don't but any flat from these Builder. Sleeping in your own flat could give you some peace, but it gets literally ruined if amenities are not provided
This project has extended its Rera possession thrice as construction is still in progress. Original possession was in May 2020 and still they are constructing… So Imagine the pain. These brokers getting hefty money to advertise such haunted buildings.
