Alguien sabe si todavía existen los CD ,cuando salió los compré y me mantuve delgado por casi seis años ,y ahora no puedo bajar de peso y ya me truenan las rodillas
Wow, I literally searched today for a RU-vid video version of this because I have it on DVD and am getting rid of it. I think I played it less than a handful of times, and now I'm at the point of decluttering and would rather have it has a RU-vid video. The DVD is basically in new condition, though I've had it for years. Yours if you want it - though I can't imagine how we could connect privately to exchange further communication in order to send it off to you. Too bad because I know this will probably get tossed by the library - they don't stock DVDs anymore.
Peter has such a deep, commanding, powerful voice. He could read the phone book and it would sound intimidating... He could make a living--hell, a killing reading books-on-tape.
I want to make this my daily regimen. And I mean every day! It's just that... it's hard to memorize all this. It was such a boon that Peter Martins composed this. He and the New York Sports Club really invented something here. Like when Edison conjured up the light bulb. Perhaps Peter's greatest achievement in choreography....
Peter Martins got overwhelming acclaim as a danseur, but as a choreographer he has got heaping scorn. He has said himself he is not considered a choreographer. Critics liked him “Calcium Light Night”, but virtually everything else he has composed has gotten mixed to negative reviews. People hate the fact that he took the throne at NYCB and the school. But Balanchine personally asked him to take over. What should he have done? He wanted to be a choreographer. He wanted to run the company he left his home country for. What better head was there for NYCB and SAB? But you know something… he also helped put this workout together. So ordinary everyday people can train the way professional ballet dancers train. This is his best composure. He should be remembered as a “Ballet Master” just for this alone. Thanks, Pete. And for giving this to us free of charge, thank you… Calentamiento Dos… and Merde…
Excited to find this available on RU-vid. This is my favorite workout, I purchased this on disk twice because I lost the first one in a move. I no longer have a disk player so I am thrilled to be able to resume this awesome workout that keeps me long, and lean and is great for my posture.
My husband and I started doing this video about 15 years ago. We do it three times a week and only up to the point where it says now everyone does push-ups because we don't. But my husband has herniated discs in his back and used to have terrible episodes of pain where he could only lie down. In the 15 years that we have done this consistently. He has not had one episode. We consider it a miracle. Thank you so much.
