😂😂😂 You know, it's not handy being a crazy yogi when it comes to surfing - even footballers and tennis players are at it nowadays to save their limbs and stuff. Being strong, flexible and having stamina comes in handy in all things "life", me thinks!
That's the absolute truth Smita...almost too late in the game for me however, as the body ages..Yoga of the Spirit will come into its full flexibility and Power when we shed this mortal coil, one would hope..

Yes thank you sandguru for explaining that . I wish they would focus on one's self instead to hyper focus on others and judge crazy. Control is evident over others .
The western thoughts is crazy about this way of thinking . And helping to make other understand that it's uniquely to ones self and many more factors uniquely to their life .
Yes please explain people with no experience are saying oh spirituality fits in this 1byv1 by 1 by 1box and they will not even try to comprehend that omg that one by one by one stone box is not the holy grail but humans need a one and done omg when you tell them they ate the one that sows their seeds and only they are the one that sufers their poor decisions . It is the inner growth that is an experience not written it must be lived and we are not to see it like the other . .we are uniquely made but trying to make each other's experience controlled and limited to what is excepted in that box which was made to limit spiritual growth.
