Like many others, 2020 threw a huge curveball in our life plans, so we decided to take matters into our own hands. So we bought an RV and traveled the United States full time. After 6 months of adventures, we felt limited on the things we could do and the places we could go. With all things considered, we made the epic decision to switch to OVERVANDING!! We are eliminating all our limitations and going to live the life we always dreamed of. Ergo, we are going Van Life all across the WORLD!!!
So glad I just saw your video! I was googling like crazy if it's legal or not to have security cameras on the exterior, especially more obvious ones. I kept getting dashcam answers and iffy answers depending on state. But I want some actual badass autotracking security on my build. I want to add a pan and tilt AI cameras on the front and rear instead of just discrete ones. Has anyone given you trouble for them?

Great video. I am an 84 yr old amputee and live in a small town so no support group Similar experiences and wish I had seen this video 2 years ago when I lost my lower left leg. I arrived at many of the same conclusions. Wish I had a skeletal prosthesis for Halloween. or a bird claw foot. Am a retired archaeologist and plan to get back out in the field soon.
One of the first things i said to my doctor is that I wanted to make a bet, I told him I wasn't sure how tall he was but I bet I was a foot shorter than him I was shocked that he didn't get it and I had to explain it to him ha ha ha
I read somewhere that the phantom feeling you are having is because they caught off the nerves, but a surgeon can also reroute te nerves back into the upper leg and then the phantom feeling wil go away...I hope you can still get that operation. Keep the good spirit inside yourself alive man..what doesnt kill you makes you stronger
We have the Blue Safet T Plus on our 2020 Tiffin 36LA Open Road, while returning to Arizona from UP Michigan we were rolling at 60 MPH on the interstate when we lost control and got the Death Wobble and nearly flipped the rig. After getting stopped and climbing underneath the main portion of the shock had come apart. It appears. the weld failed

I did the same but longer, from Miami, and stayed at the parking lot, wrong decision, and they didnt send us to any hotel, and yes, we had 2 french bulldos. The service didnt fulfill my expectations. The service advisor, who had a nasty attitude and is out (good for them) opaque the efforts the tech was making. Him, the tech, was awesome, but he entire experience wasn't good. Last minute repair on the bay area, because they said the Camco grey valve has been discontinued (my coach is 2023 brand new), and they finishing using some white coupler from home depot I guess. Funny thing, I google the part and was in stock at Camco. Note: I had to detail the entire coach, on and out after this experience. Inside was left dirty, very. To make a comparison, you buy a high end car (Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche, even a Rolls) that are in the price range we all pay for this vehicles, and you rarely see a porter or a mechanic getting in your car without cover the seats, steering whell sometimes, floor etc. Well, at least they could remove their shoes or use some cover. Nope, just walking on the salty floor, and bringing it in. I can go on and on...but if I have to do it? well, will be a different planning. Oh, and I asked fore the factory tour, and they said they were suspended (who knows why) but off course, next time I will place huge stickers on my RV, like you have, and to avoiid any youtuber saying bad things they offer tours, hotel, and the whole pack. Oh, and my wiper blade and arm, they are probably next to yours, and with the agravation that mine flew in the middle of a snow shower that lasted for the last 200 miles on my way over. And the list goes on and on....and like you, the service department at the dealer we purchased, wasn't up to par either.

I used to have a custom lowrider car with hydraulics. We used to joke that we should re-route the windshield sprayer to underneath one of the back rear tires. When I three-wheeled the car it kind of looked like a dog with it's rear leg in the air so if we had re-routed the windshield sprayer we could then lift the rear wheel and pee on cars whenever we ended up next to some jerk in traffic. When you told the story about emptying your grey tank it totally made me think of that. What you thought of is even worse though! We were just going to do it with water! LOL
Great story my uncle had burgers disease and had leg amputated above knee . Became a alcoholic and quit drinking. But lived. To 85 and learned to live a full life and had 3 boys and wife helped him ❤❤❤❤
We just bought a 27 North Venture van on a MB 170 Standard AWD chassis. If we had seen this first, we would have gone for it in a heartbeat. This checks all the boxes for what we are looking for in an overlander. Great job!
Good info we were looking at the Armada 44LE. Very helpful. We loved the lay out i wasn't much on not having the cabinet space above the driver or passenger area either.
That moment when you finished a massive build only to realize that the platform is under powered. The Sprinters look cool, until you load them up and hit a mountain or get stuck on a truck trail. Other than that, amazing build.
