Do you coat with the sun shining on the screen? Shouldn’t this be done in the darkroom? Just sayin’.

Humidity shouldn't matter much but sun intensity would... I'd say that the most direct, bright sun anywhere would be a 25 second exposure for this emulsion brand. Even in Texas.
