My wife and I did a taco tour last month in Tijuana and even did a video on it. We only scratched the surface, but the food overall was just amazing. I was worried that my wife wouldn't like Mexican food because she never had good experiences with the cuisine in the US. But she completely loved it.

There is literally 0 smell from the snails, what you smell is the herbs that make the sauce and use it to cook the snails, is a bit spicy but still healthy herbs, some people will just ignore the snail and come to drink that sauce. Nothing will ever go wrong with herbs, it’s always a plus for health and immune system.
