Tipping is some weird shit. If the pay was better and companies werent so stingy they'd get people who actually enjoy their jobs snd always do well, unlike the fake ones who always expect a tip no matter how horrible they do. Lol. But people will always yell, "mmurrica!" 🤣🤣🤣
Thats cuz they know tips is just some american made up bs, but they're also aware people dont go above and beyond. Lol. So theyre expecting it to be the standard, since it's an American culture weird thing they expect everyone to follow. And taxes is one if those things. Lol. I think it has to do with the history of tips for real. 😂
my old resteraunt would just pay out the tips in cash and then theyd pay the taxes on it ig or they didnt idk but i didnt pay the taxes on any tips also never made that much smaller town most youd make is sunday mornings a couple hundred tops
People keep saying get rid of tipping culture. We just need to remove taxes on all tips. And make it so tips cant be used to pay your paycheck. Then tipped employees can live on that.
except doing that makes buisness owners have to increase their prices, which means when that employee goes to say eat out it would be more expensive. tipping can be good just not taken as far as it has been. we just need to scale it back and get rid of the tipped minimum so that its a tip and not paycheck. @@jebronekitty

Its not because of dating apps its because in society now days guys are seen as creeps for approaching girls in anyway. Girls say they want us to approach them but they are the exact reason we don't, we dont want to be verbally abused or treated like a creep for trying to talk to a girl. Absolutely the wrong thing to do, and I hope she's learned as much by now. Everyone should be able to feel comfortable with who they truly are, and it feels terrible knowing she felt she should lie about herself.
My wife is trans and this is just sad and disheartening. Not sure exactly what would drive someone to think that this was a good way to try and meet strangers. I'll be saying a prayer tonight that she finds herself
