This channel is about competition at all levels and the sickness it takes to grind, improve, and win. People with the sickness usually hate losing more than winning and work to avoid it. This platform was born to showcase the trials and tribulations of extremely resilient individuals with the drive to compete at all costs. The channel will highlight people from several different competitive sports and businesses who have the sickness.
The first series of the channel will highlight the road to the highest level of bass fishing from the point of view of two friends/teammates with one goal in mind. In the future this platform will showcase a wide array of content from skilled individuals. Thank you for supporting and subscribing to The Sickness.

Do bass fish like sunshine? What strobe light don't hurt my sensitive human eyes. I'm a mutual mammal and a man. Human being. Clap and dance not just Jesus, cast the nets. Don't Lynch me. Have a good Lent. I don't need a kazoo from Louisiana, thank you. Eat good not just game. Captain Anderson's is on their Julian fast. Not Dairy Queen hyperkalemia
What happened to Greg? Only doing 3 derby's this year?and did you ever try a different bait or did u just stick to the rage menace?oops just watched day 2 looked like swimming the lizard works good
I seen you guys on interstate 90/94 in Madison WI today around 1pm and that's how I found your channel and I love it I Bidge watch alot of them so far but yeah just wanted to say hi from Wisconsin
Well done I ask about breakdown last year and I know between practicing traveling and already editing watch you film it’s hard but I for one appreciate it. Helps a ton with figure tackle and baits too catch more fish on our own bodies of water with different techniques. Thanks and good luck rest of season

Hello Joel, really enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work.. I’ve finally saved up enough funds to buy my first NRX. My plan is to use it for 1/4 and 5/16 T rigs and 3/8 jigs. I was thinking 853c.. I picked up both the 853 and 854 in the store but couldn’t tell much of a difference and the didn’t have the 873.. What do you think?? Am I on the rite track with the 853c???
Thank you, sir. I would use either the 853C or the 893C. I personally prefer a longer rod like the 7’5” when fishing open water off the bank, but if I am fishing tight quarters (docks, lay downs, etc) I prefer the shorter rod, 7’1”. Hope that helps!
I love mine, but the drive me crazy cause in 6.5ft of water, they're usually not touching. Curious as to whether or not I can move the mounts downs a bit without disturbing how the boat runs in the water
You can with power poles depending on your bracket system. I don't see why it would be any different for the raptors. It affects hole shot, but has no effect when on plane. I used to keep my way down on the jack plate. I have since raised them because I had too much trouble one day getting up on step in a shallow lake.
Quit fishing Onieda ! It is Tired of the God damn opens. Nothing like a good old American competition to exploit a resource and turn everything into shit, for the sake of a trophy and a pile money.
Awesome video and great results - I know those misses hurt - but very nice recovery after some tough breaks - that we really can never see coming - lines do break and fish definitely know how to survive - besides it’s where they live every day - we just get fortunate to visit occasionally. On this pond - that I’ve fished for almost 50 years (amazing now that I type that) - your results are very significant. IF you can catch em here - you can catch em anywhere!!!!!! Best of luck for continued success - stay safe!!!!!! Thanks for taking the time to share this with us!!!!!!!
Appreciate it Robbe! I really enjoyed fishing the lake, but decision making is definitely key with 225 boats out there and how small it typically fishes
