Wow. I never thought of it that way - that doing something unwholesome with awareness is better than no awareness as it can bring a sense of restraint the next time the desire to do the unwholesome arises. Buddha is truly so wise! Thank you, Joseph, for sharing Buddha’s wisdom with the world!

Change,suffering,discomfort leading to movements,eating is more complicated, we eat at all time,decondition habits,understanding is freedom,insight of unselfishness,knowing an object.
Waking up in night to go to bath room come back lie down calm on my back pressing it back towards mattress stay in that posture without moving focusing on breath relaxing both eye balls cheeks tongue go back to sleep
