6:25 I know that showing blood is a big no-no nowadays for studios, but I remember how impactful this moment was for me as a child. I think showing the consequences of violent actions, intentional or otherwise, is a valuable lesson that children should be taught and I think this movie showcases it perfectly.
When I first saw this in theatres, I was about 15-16, I saw it with a good friend at the time. I left that theatre crying, as it reminded me a lot of my great grandma who died of Alzheimer's, and my (grand)Pa who was going through vascular dementia at the time who I was helping care for. She didn't understand why I was crying and thought it was kind of weird that I'd cry at a movie, but I didn't care. I haven't watched it since then, even though I own it on dvd. I cried again during this. I wonder if I can convince my parents and sister to watch it tonight. Probably gonna cause us to ball our eyes out, now that my Pa has been gone 2 and a bit years now. But cryings good sometimes. Whew. Have a nice day anyone reading this.
Sometimes I think the world has taken my humanity from me, then I see things like this, and it reminds me that I still want to be loved and I still have love to give.
Te fiti translates to giver of life. Perhaps the equivalent to mother nature. We gotta love and respect our earth. Love the movies message and your reactions :)
hi @ScreenMaureen ! I love your video's. Have you ever watched studio Ghibli movies like Howls moving Castle and Spirited Away? I think this would maybe be good content for your page :) Hope you are well
One thing I love about this movie is the prophecy part. The goat says that Shen will be defeated by a "warrior of black and white." At the end of the movie, Shen was the one that knocked the canon onto himself in his fury to escape his fate. He defeated himself, both literally and figuratively. He is also predominantly black and white, so the prophecy still held true no matter which way you look at it. Also, what Shen was doing with his attack on China was attempting to escape his fate, but he ends up being the one to fulfill his fate. As Master Oogway said in the first movie, "One often meets his fate on the path he takes to avoid it." The thematic writing in the first three movies are actually incredible. It feels like all three movies were written together. It's a full story.
I’m sure u already know this but u can make reacting a job and u can make money if u charge people money for your full reaction on a website like patron most reactors on RU-vid do it
I watch this movie when it first came out I was 10 years of age, now im turning 24 and this movie still has a place in my heart; Kung fu panda made me the man I am today.

I don't know why I turn on someone's reaction to this cartoon every time: after a brief retelling of their lives, tears come up every time and I turn it off... amazing work, I've watched it so many times, but the reaction is like the first time.
