Wallachia is a region in the Czech Republic close to Slovak borders. It is named after Romanian region Wallachia, because the Wallachians emigrated to the Czechia in the 13th century and settled here. So yes, it´s a traditional Czech dance, because Wallachians are now Czech, but their traditional music and dances are of Romanian origin...
