how do you change the color of the layer with a clipping mask without affecting the clipping mask layer? cuz when i use color overlay it doesnt show the clipping mask anymore since I use it for textures
Thanks for that, I have logged into a free account via my Google Account. When I try to use magic replace I am asked to go premium or watch 2 adverts. I prefer to stay free until I check out all the features but I can't find where to click to watch the adverts to progress. Any hints?

Might be a great tutorial for those who understand Photopea, but I don't understand why any RU-vidr posts videos w/o audio. I had no idea what was happening. Loved the end result, just disliked the presentation.
After closing the spiral after it isnt needed it should look like yours with the spiral now on the poster however I seem to be doing something incorrect as the spiral doesnt appear on my poster. What am I doing incorrectly?
It's hard to pinpoint the problem, so many variables. Rewatch the video and see if you've skipped any step before that. Did you use Inkscape ? If you want, I can send you the final poster file, and all you have to do is, replace the text and adjust it. Let me know.
Do you have a separate video explaining the shadow layer. Im having an issue. When i hit multiply the image ive applied through the smart object appears too dark. This js my process. I start out by duplicating the background layer then i form a rectangle using the tool right below the move tool. Then i right click and hit layer via copy which then creates a layer of the highlighted area. Then i hide it until ive formed a rectangle(tool below path select) and created and applied my object thru the smart object provess. Once thats done i show my hidden layer and when i hit multiply it darkens the image too much
I don't get it, why did you duplicate that selection, what purpose does it serve ? To give a surface answer, you can always reduce the opacity if the image is too dark.
@@pixsmith I don't really know what I'm doing I'm just following along with what you're doing but I duplicated that section because that's where the shadows in the frame are. Like you did
I just rewatched the video. So if the area you duplicated was to preserve the shadows and highlights, but it's dark, try other blending modes, soft light might work, also play around with opacity as I said in the previous comment. Let me know if you still have questions!
