Taking care of the needs of those in need, the sense of compassion, care & supporting them easing out basic doings is something that gives the real meaning to the Human Life in whole. This is something which i really feel the world needs the most (sharing & caring).
A manager should never tell any of the residence that they are not going home because if they have dementia or Alzheimer's it will upset them. I know a manager who says that all the time. What a cow.

I know Alan brown, I did metal work at Newton Dee at one time, if you see this Alan I I’m fine I cook my own meals and I do baking , my other things are I am a rower now I ran a marathon in the year 2017 an ran it I 4hours and 43 mins and 15 seconds, not bad eh, I play bowls to and I gave up smoking 17 and a half years ago, best thing I did, if you read this Alan, drop me a line
It's really outstanding these changes have been made. With hard work, communication and paying attention to detail, these new standards and the inspections will go a long way to improving the services provided by Home Help Care.
