Underlining: to add body and structure to a lightweight fabric. It act as a second layer to the main fabric so it should be cut as exact size to it. It can provide more opacity if you are using underneath a transparent fabric
Interlining: to provide additional layer of support to the finished garments. It can be sewn together with the garment or as a separate removable piece. You can use net of your choice for this
Hi dear, I used plastic bonding which is not sewable. I created a boning channel by sewing on the fabric then inserting the boning inside it. I will do another video to illustrate the coupling of the upper bodice to the skirt.
