(2) क्या IAS , IPS , IRS जैसे बड़े पदों पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा नियुक्त करने की जगह सम्बन्धित विभाग के अनुभवी एवं योग्य कर्मचारियों को पदोन्नत किया जा सकता हैं ? (3) क्या उच्च न्यायालय एवं सर्वोच्य न्यायालय में न्यायधीशों को नियुक्त करने का कॉलेजियम सिस्टम बंद कर जिला एवं तहसील न्यायालय में कार्यरत न्यायाधीशों को उच्च न्यायालय एवं सर्वोच्य न्यायालय में पदोन्नत किया जा सकता हैं ? क्या व्यवस्था में उपरोक्त सुधारों से देश की राजनैतिक , आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक परिस्थितियों में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाये जा सकते हैं ?

Gov.UK with Zendesk symbol 'Z' on the mobile phone app passed to myself in Kyiv in Feb 2023; is this symbol 'not' seen as an offensive symbol; given the current situation Ukraine?
