I been starting making and testing with making my own maps. and i had gave myself a little challenge to see if i can make a map or a few without the use of- mods, resource packs or datapacks. turns out the challenge i made for myself was what taught me a ton of things with commands within the game. i can make custom blocks with item displays (which displays a custom player head) i also figured out to make a small and very easy yet very useful command clock with moving and detecting displays. glad to see other people making some sick maps even to this day. it's not often we see those. Good luck on your map! and can't wait to see more soon
That is really cool honestly Both the AIs of all the mobs and how you found a way to make them look accurate Also when i first saw your map on yahi's stream my jaw dropped, i didnt even know stuff like that is possible in vanilla mc
Really good video! I always find it fun when people make things with datapacks instead of resorting to mods. You could use the /ride command to link the AJ rig to the AI mob. While this doesn't work for markers (which don't have AI anyway), you wouldn't have any desync issues. You can also use the execute on passengers/on vehicle commands to switch between the two mobs without using @e, which can help with performance!
