This is Junk Pile. A DIY channel dedicated to just figuring out a simple and cheap solution to a mechanical, electrical or other kind of automotive problem. This isn't really meant to be a proper, OSHA approved, sure-fire or even recommended way. But hopefully it works long enough to get some laughs in. If you are looking for a place where you can find the right way to fix your junk, you have come to the wrong place, there are tons of other, better channels out there that can help you. This is fumbling and bumbling at it's finest. Hope you get at least some entertainment out of it, there will be many projects posted here.
For anyone wondering, you can look up a FASPARTS Steel Barb 45 Degree Male Pipe Fitting 5/8" Hose ID x 1/2", use that from your turbo as a barb fitting to nylon hose back to a same time barb fitting size to your block and you should be fine. 1/2 inch NPT to 5/8 45 degree to 1/2 NPT to 5/8 straight. Goodluck.
update on this, i made something very similar and was able to get it on my turbo and engine with it in the car, was a PITA but works as far as i can tell, there is a very very small leak of oil on one of the fittings but as i said its been fine a couple months later...
