People like Paglia were so intimidated by Sontag. Sontag was such a thinker. Damn. Humans are becoming dumbed-down so quickly in the digital age-- for a REASON: for a dumb set of serfs.
Sontag, who couldn't take criticism, was intimidated by Paglia, and denied knowing who she was, though there are photos of the two together from the early seventies.
