This channel basically designed for beginners so that they can understand the concept about solidworks 3D modelling and simulation in this channel you will learn from scratch how to make geometry ,simulate ,animate and verify them hope you guys like this channel
can you tell how to simulate a air fin cooler cooling a tube bundle in which a hot liquid say around 70°c flowing in....this example is more realistic..please explain the setup for this case
Really nice concept. This can be used with machines like lathe when working on shafts. Mean to support shaft(job) from tailstock end. And other end of shaft(job) lock in chuck of lathe. Can u place bearing in-between those round support jaws, mean rotating part can also be mounted in it. Yes tolerance is going to come into picture after manufacturing & assembly.
Also please make provision for locking handle with the help of threaded screw, means different diameter jobs can be mounted by adjusting threaded screw. You will have to mount it at angle ( close to right angle) on disc(other disc parallel support to this current disk) with balljoint. Since that adjusting screw angle w.r.t handle is going to change based on shaft diameter due to balljoint. So that correlation(locking) between these 2disc can be maintained using the above discussed threaded screw.
Sir... Shall i buy integrated graphics model laptops for autocad and ansys... Graphics card ( gaming laptop) is mandatory??? Pls rply Pls Suggest any dell laptop in i7 13th gen 1tb and 16gb
THIS WAY MAY TO MODIFY COZ IF YOU MEASURE FROM INSUDE CAM YOU WILL FIND THAT IS NOT 20 MM BUT IT IS LESS THAN 20 MM BY 1MM OR MORE SO THE BEARING WILL NOT GO INSIDE CAM PERFECTLY WE NEED ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE THE CAM PLEASE
Chal jayaga . Make sure ek time pa ek hi software ka istmal karna or internet mat chalana (browser bhot ram khata ha) . Or jab kam karo laptop ko hawa dhang sa mila nhi toh heating issue ajayga(solidworks ,catia, autocad laptop gram bhot kar data ha)
Thanks for this video! Now I understand why my simulated part deformed so unrealisticly compared to the applied force. The scale is set way higher by default just so you can see on which parts you need reinforcement, IF you need it. I just wanted to see the deformation from only the applied force. Thanks to your video I know how to do it now👍
