Thank you for watching and for your comments 🥰 Odorless Mineral spirits are sold under different names in different parts of world as Odorless paint thinner Odorless white spirit Odorless solvent Artists white spirit Low odour Mineral spirit If it is still very difficult to find. You can always use Regular Mineral Spirit or White spirit. Just make sure to work on it outdoors and take proper precautions as using mask and gloves. It works equally well. Hope that helps. Best wishes for your project 👍 ♥️ Have a nice day 🤩
What kind of isopropyl alcohol do you use? Is there a percentage like 70% 99%? Would this make the diffuser oil smell like alcohol? Sorry for so many questions! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for watching and for your lovely comments 🥰💕 When we are making for own personal use, then we can even use any cheap vodka for the fragrance to be able to disperse. I am using 99% isopropyl alcohol. Its also called rubbing alcohol which is most commonly used in hand sanitizers. Rubbing alcohol doesn't have strong alcohol smell so it doesn't over power the smell of essential oils. Hope that helps 👍 And I am really happy to reply ♥️ Have a nice day 🤩
Thanks for your response. Yes alcohol does make difference. You will be able to feel the fragrance from a distance. I would love to know your experience, 👍😊♥️
Thank you for watching and for your lovely comments 🥰💕 You are right both are considered comedogenic oils. As this is anti-wrinkle cream, I am using them for their moisturising, antioxidant and skin barrier repair properties. If you have acne prone skin please use non-comedogenic oils. Hope that helps. 👍♥️ Have a nice day 🤩
Thank you for watching and for your lovely comments 🥰💕 Sure you can. Please consider following 1. Use Aloe Vera juice from fresh leaves in place of Aloe water from powder. 2. Take extra precautions for hygiene while preparing for commercial purpose. 3. Please check the shelf life of one small batch first and in case required, add extra broad spectrum preservatives to increase the shelf life Hope it helps 😊 Best wishes for your project 👍 ♥️ Have a nice day 🤩
I love that this video has something for all levels, from simple DIY to professional/commercial formulation. So many choices available here. Thank you for sharing ❤😊
Thank you for watching and for your lovely comments 🥰💕 Actually can, if you have electric dryer at home. But still, need to take lot of precautions so it's not advisable 👍♥️ Have a nice day 🤩
We are making detergent for washing baby 🍼 bottles and i got alot of knowledge about that from your video but i have to ask you something that do we use polyethylene glycol instead of xanthan gum or citric acid as ph adjuster
Thank you for watching and for your lovely comments 🥰💕 Glad to know my video was useful. As for your questions 1. Polythene glycol is a Polyester compound and has many industrial applications. It can be used as a thickener in cleaners. It's commonly used in cleaning products to enhance viscosity and improve texture. So it can be used in place of xanthan gum. 2. Polythene glycol doesn't affect the pH value of the product so can't be used in place of citric acid Hope that helps 👍♥️ Have a nice day 🤩
Thank you for watching and for your lovely comments 🥰💕 If you are asking for this vapor rub recipe, then yes you can use it to make your own brand. As per the expiry date you can consider it as minimum 12 months. But depending on the preservative it may differ a bit. So please do the batch testing. Hope that helps 👍 Best wishes for your project ♥️ Have a nice day 🤩
This is a great recipe for a rub. Been having prolonged flu like symptoms. The rub absorbs well into the skin, no greasy residue. Very mild cooling sensation. Helped a lot to relieve my sinus congestion. Thank you so much for sharing this 💓💓
great video..im going to use this recipe for a homemade wild yam cream as it will be a good base cream for it for absorbability. I have oily skin and the aloe won't clog my pores..Was it an MCT fractionated coconut oil you used? .... i might ad some rosemary liquid extract to it to naturally preserve it , and some clary sage and Thyme oil for hormone balance....Ive never done this before...Im so excited.. :-) might ad some gentle ethanol to it so it keeps longer...
Thank you for watching and for your lovely comments🥰💕 Glad it will be useful. Yes it is MCT fractionated coconut oil. However I would recommend Leucidal liquid or Optiphen ND as preservatives for acne prone skin Also Please check percentage of ethanol you want to use as even though it can give a good texture and feel to the cream, ethanol can also have drying effect on the skin. And excessive drying can disrupt skin barrier and exacerbate acne in some individuals Hope that helps Best wishes for your project ♥️ 👍 Have a nice day🤩
great video! Quick question: was the aloe you used for the commercial one store bought or a DIY gel? Could I use emulsifying wax NF instead of the BTMS and would it be the same amount?
Thank you for watching and for your lovely comments🥰💕 1. Aloe vera gel used for commercial formulation is store bought but without any colouring or fragrance. 2. Yes emulsifying wax NF can be used in place of BTMS-50. But a general guideline is to use emulsifying wax NF at slightly higher percentage than BTMS-50. So try using 12g Emulsifying wax NF in place of 10g BTMS. Hope that helps👍❤️ Have a nice day🤩
Thank you for watching and for your lovely comments🥰💕 You can keep it aside for 24 hours. But, If it's still watery or shaky, please increase quantity of gelatine for it to set well. When we put it in chiller for faster result, it might become liquid again after coming out of the freezer. Hope that helps👍♥️ Have a nice day🤩
Thank you for watching and for your comments 🥰💕 There can be few reasons for air freshener gel to become week in 4 days 1. Gel is still in liquid state. If that's the case please increase the percentage of CMC 2. Fragrance oil is not mixed properly so it remained on the top and evaporated quickly 3. Your fragrance oil percentage is less. Percentage of fragrance oil used should be at least 10%-15% of total gel weight 4. Fragrance oil used is going to expire soon so losing it's strength 5. Also please remember air Freshener gel always work better in confined areas like bathroom, car or closed rooms. Hope that helps. Please feel free to text in case of any doubt👍 Best wishes for your project ♥️ Have a nice day🤩
Thank you for watching and for your lovely comments🥰💕 Here is the Commercial recipe: 1. Take 170ml distilled water Heat water to about 75°C 2. Add 4g carboxyl methyl cellulose (CMC) or Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) 3. Stir well until homogenous gel if formed 4. Add 0.3g Sodium Benzoate as preservative and stir well 5. Add 2 ml Propylene Glycol & stir well 6. Pour gel into bottles and add fragrance & colour 7. For commercial purpose, fragrance oil should be (10-15)% of gel volume or as directed by the fragrance supplier 8. At last add 1/2 tsp common salt in each bottle & stir Hope that helps👍 Please feel free to ask in case of any doubt 🙂 All the best for your project👍 Have a nice day🤩
Thank you for watching and for your lovely comments🥰💕 Yes we can make this lipstick using natural ingredients but then please consider following few things 1. You will have very limited choice of colours 2. Colour with natural pigments are very light so you might have to adjust the recipe accordingly 3. Natural pigments generally have shorter life span. So if you are making for commercial purpose, you will need preservative. Even for personal use shelf life of lipstick will depend on shelf life of the natural pigment. Hope it helps👍♥️ Have a nice day🤩
Thank you for your lovely reply..iwant to make natural lipbalm with long shelflife please make a video for me with appropriate measures and ingredients.
This following video is about making lip balm but will try to make another one for lipstick with natural colour. Thanks for asking 👍♥️ ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Qowo4GMYYn8.htmlsi=aKvn-GOZ18twhVcT Have a nice day🤩
Mineral spirits are available as : white spirits, mineral turpentine, petroleum spirit, solvent naphtha or most commonly paint thinner. Any of these solvents can be used. Ordorless mineral spirit is used so it becomes easier to breathe while mixing. But it's not a must. Hope that helps Have a nice day🤩
@@utibeumo7400 Thank you for watching and for your comments🥰💕 It's not paraffin oil. Paraffin oil is used in cosmetics and medicine. Mineral spirits and paraffin oil are both very different products. Turpentine oil or kerosene oil can be used though. Hope that helps👍❤️ Have a nice day🤩
Thank you for watching and for your comments 💕 This is economy formulation so very few chemicals are used. Using TSP instead of STPP will reduce the cleaning properties of this liquid detergent. So it won't be advisable. Hope that helps👍😊 Have a nice day🤩
Thank you for watching. As a general rule maximum 0.1% BKC is used as preservative. In this video roughly 2L hand wash liquid is made, so maximum 2ml Benzalkonium chloride can be used. Hope that helps😊 Have a nice day🤩
Yes you can use this formulation for commercial purpose.😊 Note: Please replace food colouring with ✨soap dye ✨for commercial formulation.👍 Best wishes for your project. Have a nice day🤩
To avoid lumps 1. Never add water to CMC. Always add CMC to water. 2. Keep stirring water while adding CMC. 3. If some lumps still persist try using electric mixer and continue mixing until no lumps are left. 4. If it still gives problem please try using HPMC (Hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose) in place of CMC Hope it helps😊 In case of any problem please feel free to ask All the best for your project👍
Thank you for watching and for your comments💕 It should solidify within 3-4 hours. In case you are not satisfied with its consistency please feel free to increase the percentage of CMC to make it thicker. Hope that helps. 👍😊 Have a nice day🤩
Thank you for watching and for your comments💕 Yes! Sure organic coconut oil can be used. Please make sure to melt it before using👍 Best wishes for your project♥️ Have a nice day🤩
Thank you for watching and for your comments 💕 Try increasing percentage of CMC until final product reaches the required consistency. Hope that helps Have a nice day🤩
