Just curious if you come across a lot of critters around or inside your house living in Henderson. Just a little creeped out by scorpions, spiders and snakes.
Depending on the house or how close you are to the mountain, certain critters are not avoidable. However most pest control people out here can fix them within 1-2 sprays.
Sounds like you made a lot of money of a long term renter and now you are complaining about a maintenance issue that you are responsible for! I am sure that you probably charged a huge cleaning deposit. So now use it! You are a disgusting landlord!
