On a 2018 Ranger 500 I had to add wheel spacers to attach 27" tires on 14" wheels.Problem is I have a slight rub when The wheel is turned hard right.Would your lift kit resolve that?
Chris is awesome! This instructional video was spot on perfect. I've been a diesel mechanic for over 30 years, and have seen a lot of different videos.
I'm Happy to hear that you have enjoyed the video. Polaris does make a "Northstar" version of the SP 570 that has heat and A/C. Of course its a bit pricy but its a nice machine. Best Regards, Chris
Awesome instructional video of your product. Thanks for asking my questions the other day. Getting mine I stalled on my 24 Northstar tonight. Looks so good with 32's. Thanks alot Chris.
Yes this is the correct lift kit for your 20223 Premium Sp 570 and I have it in stock. If you decided to order it I will ship it rite out. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thanks, Chris 801-791-4616
Just got my lift on for my 500 ranger only thing I can say is I wish their was like 3-3.5 lift cause I still have plenty of travel but so far the quality of this lift is awesome and was easy to install on my 22 model
Hello Dereck, Thanks for your business and I'm happy to hear that you are pleased with the kit. I wish I could build a 3-3.5 inch kit but it would require a whole lot more replacement parts to make it work and it would quite expensive. let me know if you need anything anytime and Happy Riding! best Regards, Chris
I like to run a 27" tire. The ideal set up is a 27x9x14 tire on a 14x7 wheel with a 4+3 offset. Feel free to call me if you want to discuss this further. Thanks, Chris 801-791-4616
Hey Brock, I appreciate your interest but I have no plans to build and sell arms and I have not seen any available for it as of yet. Sorry that I don't have a fix for ya. Thanks, Chris
Yes I ship to Canada everyday and you can purchase it on my website. I do not have an exact full-size video but you can check out my 570 midsize video and it will show you how to install it on your 2022 full-size. The only difference in the install process is your hood opening is different. Below is a link to that video. Thanks, Chris 801-791-4616 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RT8xJv_Xklw.html
Awesome! I'm happy to hear that you are please. I do my best! Thanks for the nice message and thanks again for business! I really appreciate it! Best Regards, Chris
Just put this on my 2023 Ranger 570 Full Size. Took about 1.5 hours at a chill pace. Remove headlights first then its easy. Drives fine and smooth as factory. GROUND CLEARANCE on my model is now 13" at front and 12.5 at rear hitch. I would recommend this kit. Also has 26" sunf a033 tires, actually measure 24.75 inches tall. So a actual 26" tire would give even more ground clearance. Also with this model being lifted, from the drivers seat, i wouldnt want to go any higher for aggressive driving., and i did t need wheel spacers. Cant wait to drive it more.
Why does this lift have more parts to it?I didn't get strut space with my 2020 570-4. Also you to the adjuster off bottom of spring which you did not on your previous video. I'm confused, and may need to send pics. I hope mine is installed right
This is not the correct install video for your 570. This is only for the SP570. When you ordered your kit I sent you an email titled "IMPORTANT Marshall Motoart install instructions and tracking info" with the tracking and a link to the correct install video for your 2020 570-4. Your kit should not have the extra parts in this SP570 video. Feel free to call me now or anytime to discuss your questions or concerns. I wrote my phone number on the box and it is 801-791-4616. Thanks, Chris
I've seen in other lifts by MARSHALL MOTOART that there is a small half inch spacer installed in the lower strut holder on some front lifts. which would actually lift the strut up 1/2 inch. Then install the 2 1/2 lift as usual. Would this actually give me a 3 inch lift
Hello Allen, The spacer that you are speaking of is on the strut style suspension on the SP570. That spacer increases downward suspension travel but does not cause any extra lift. I understand why you would think that it would give more lift but it does not. Thanks, Chris
Chris is bought one for my 2020 570 full-size ranger. You need to do a video on a model newer than the one in this video. The front ends don't flip forward. The passenger front some what easy. Drive side not fun. No battery power can be used. Rear end very simple
Hello Mark, Thanks for the feed back. I am currently working on a fullsize 570 install video. Its not the year of your machine, it is the fullsize that makes the hood different and limit the access to the strut tops. Thanks again for your business and please call me if you need anything. Thanks, Chris 801-791-4616
Quick and easy to install..no parts to bolt together except when attaching to the SS. Great kit..The quickest delivery and service. GREAT JOB Chris !!!!
Hello again Roger, I'm happy to hear that you are pleased with the kit, fast shipping, and customer service. I do my best! Thanks again for your business and Happy Riding! Best Regards, Chris 801-791-4616
Hello Aaron, I had all of the shocks on the lowest tension settings but you can adjust them for your desired lift and load capacity. Thanks, Chris 801-791-4616
Got my kit in this week and installed today. Super easy installation as everything needed was packaged and the link sent in the email was helpful with any questions and appears to be well made. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Job well done Chris!
Excellent! I’m happy to hear that you are pleased and I appreciate your business. Thanks for telling your friends about my kits, that is the biggest compliment I can receive. Thanks for the nice message. Happy Riding! Chris
Thxxman! The video is a bit long but I wanted to show my little tricks and try to answer questions that people might have. The SP is a great machine. Thanks, Chris 801-791-4616
Thanks Chris I buy one kit lift for my 2021 Ranger two months ago and I happy the way the look i see difference thanks Chris I really recommend this lift kit ?
Hello again Jose, I remember your order and I appreciate your business. I am happy to hear that you are pleased and thanks for recommending my lift kit. Thanks again and Happy Riding! Best Regards, Chris
Hello Jason, They made some nice changes to the SP 570 and your gonna like it when it arrives. I look forward to your order and when I receive it, I will get it shipped rite out. I appreciate your interest in my lift kit! Thanks, Chris 801-791-4616
Sorry I didn’t take any before pics but I guess you can look at the stock pics on the polaris website. At the end of the the video I do have a bunch of after pics with 27” tires. Thanks,Chris
Your kit is WAY better engineered than the kit I bought years and years ago for my Sportsman. I had to take the front end apart and grind that strut clamp housing to clear the CV boot. Well done dude!
I do not make a 3-4" lift for it because the stock CV's will not handle that much angle. The strut front suspension would also have some very positive camber. To build a proper 3-4" kit would require a complete rework of the suspension and it would be very expensive. Thanks for your inquiry, Chris
@@MarshallMotoart1 got it, I figured it was for a good reason. And you answered all my questions regarding the lift in the first minute of your video so thank you for that! I will be ordering a kit here shortly =)
@@chrisr.9258 Awesome! I will ship it rite out when I receive your order and I will email you the tracking and receipt. I look forward to your order whenever you are ready. Have a great day!
@@chrisr.9258 Thats not rite. It must be a computer glitch or something. I will absolutely ship it there. You can call me and I can take your order over the phone if you would like. 801-791-4616
My install was on a 16' 570 fullsize, was fighting a little with driver side, ended up taking the brake off, helped big time because the brake line was stretched to tight to get the strut assembly out of the shock tower. FYI, just remove the brake right away. Also need to remove the two headlights.
Hello Jason, Unfortunately there are a number of kits that may look similar but can cause damage. Its a bummer to hear that you had those troubles with some other kit. I cannot exactly diagnose what was going on with your previous kit. A lot of kits look similar but the hole placement and shock angle is critical for proper cv angles and ride quality. Did you contact the company that you bought the lift from? I am available to my customers 7 days a week. In fact it is Sunday evening and I am replying to your question. I do my best to take care of my customers and I hope the company you bought your kit from will be able to help you out. Feel free to call me anytime if I can be of any help. Thanks, Chris 801-791-4616
Hi there - probably a dumb question but after adding the spacer...how can you still feel the bottom of the suspension strut through the hub strut? Wouldn't the spacer cause it to be higher up the hub strut?
Hello Jason, The black strut body passes through my spacer so my spacer does not hold it up. It basically brings the shock shaft out further so you get more up travel and still have the same amount of wheel travel. Feel free to call me if you want to discuss any of this. Thanks, Chris 801-791-4616
@@jasonquinn6644 The coil is spaced up and so it extends the shaft and by keeping the shock body bottomed out in the original position we maintain a good max Cv angle.
Hello Josh, My kit maintains the factory camber cycle and the camber is good with my kit. The single arm strut suspension design goes from negative to positive camber naturally and my kit maintains this factory cycle. Thanks for your inquiry and please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks, Chris 801-791-4616
