I started with modelling with fondant and make cakes in March 2021, I had NO idea about modelling or cakes at all. I made my first cake for my sons birthday and I learned from there because my interest for it was high. I am self taught and I am still learning.
Now I want to share my work and what I have learned to you guys:-)
I'm actually moved to tears. Absolutely exquisite! I honestly cannot get over the skills 😍 One of the most difficult things to draw or recreate in art. The proportions are so distinctive and unique...the slightest bit 'out' and it looks terrible. Magical! 🏆 I want to make one for my niece and as much as you've inspired me...I'm equally intimated 😂 But your video is so good and detailed I have no excuse but to try! Thank you for sharing this! @@cevallosgalvan Compared to REAL American buttercream recipe, then you will change your opinion, it is ok to just decrease your sugar, but it will taste butter
Hello, Here you go: NOTE! whisk until the buttercream is soft,silky and airy/fluffy 20 + minutes is the best! * 500 gram normal salted butter (room temp) * 330 gram icing/powder sugar * 3 tsp vanilla extract * 4 tsp vanilla sugar If you don't have butter with salt in it, use a pinch of salt.
This looks do-able when it’s this large and on a spare piece of fondant, but on a small figure’s face? Blending added pieces that you would have to wet? I don’t know…it looks great though.
Thanks for your question👍 It still works on small faces, I have done it with no problem, BUT It will be harder and more practise. Making eyes can be done in different ways, I just show one of them here, Do you have any request of what you would like to see later on?
You either watch or not, it is ALL up to you! For the lazy ones, just check the description box for the ingredients and go! Take an eye and you are done

Bonjour et merci pour votre question:-) J'utilise Google Translate et j'espère que vous comprenez :-) NOTE! fouetter jusqu'à ce que la crème au beurre soit douce, soyeuse et aérée/moelleuse, 20 minutes et plus, c'est le meilleur ! * 500 grammes de beurre salé normal (température ambiante) * 330 grammes de sucre glace/poudre * 3 cuillères à café d'extrait de vanille * 4 cuillères à café de sucre vanillé Si vous n'avez pas de beurre salé, utilisez une pincée de sel.

Большое спасибо, дорогой! У меня тот же масляный крем для крошки (белого цвета), а затем я покрасила белый масляный крем в светло-зеленый цвет для покрытия торта. После этого я покрасила белым масляным кремом лепестки цветов и листья. Я использую свой собственный рецепт: это американский сливочный крем, но менее сладкий на вкус. Скоро сниму видео о том, как приготовить вкусный ванильный масляный крем 🙂
