i mostly use flipaclip to animate (frame by frame animation) and edit it in cap cut (no watermark) or alight motion (watermark without pro) you can always do animations with keyframes!!

first of all, how can it be a beastiality when its an anthropomorphic dog? and its not a meme, its an animation meme.
