What I've seen , knife skills are shocking.The hygiene skills are shocking Staff should not wear watches or jewellery when preparing food (except a plain wedding band). Watches and jewellery can collect and spread dirt and harmful bacteria, and fall into the food.😅😅😅😅😅

I would consider myself blessed in every respect to have either of these fine men as a fighting brother at my side . Both amazing folk , I have been lucky enough to have trained and fought with both over my career. Fearless and every single one a gentleman of the highest order . These two forces you never want to oppose in a battlefield. Thank heavens they are allies or else the battle between these two would just straight be bloodbath with neither side backing down or cowering.

Although Gurkhas serve in the British Army, Indian Army, and other forces, they remain as proud as ever. It's unfortunate that their own government has been unable to properly celebrate their history, largely due to corrupt regimes
