Great video! I was just having this conversation with myself this week because tomorrow's pay is our last pay before Thanksgiving, and I know people like to shop the day after. As a very small business owner, it was tough for me to figure out what I wanted to do. I like the idea of giving extra days off..I might implement that next year. Overall I decided to give the bonuses....things are tight, but more importantly, I want my team to feel appreciated and compensate them for their efforts. Thanks for sharing!!
