I liked the way you used the nylon roll under the cake to reserve the extra chocolate glaze. The bowl underneath the cake made the process so much easier rather than using a cake rake. ❤ good job
Can we use this to mirror glaze cake? I found the one with white chocolate but can you make please another without condensed milk cause in my country it’s expensive ..
Great idea to mix chocolate with the butter to make all the layer visible. But it would seem that you would lose the well-defined honeycomb structure inside the dough at the end.
