I have everyone of those symptoms including really bad cognitive decline and I’m only 40 and I did my thyroid levels and ir was just under the amount leveled they suggest it should be I think 2.9
Yeah it’s super easy to Rush the tempo on this tune.Thank you so Much for showing these chords. I’ve got a duet gig next Friday and doing this one Can’t see your pinky or ring finger so I’ll figure that out.
Thanks for showing this song to us by fingerpicking it. 👍👍👍 I prefer fingerpicking over a pick; the scraping sound of the pick moving across the strings bugs me. Now what's the secret to playing and singing at the same time? Would you please make a video on that?
Matt- there's an little known artist who use to open for RK, his name is Cody Hibbard. Please do "Trouble with Angels!" Really wanna see your take on it!
You are playing it wrong. Iam Billy Powells nephew... Here is the correct way... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5zXbUONvW0Q.htmlsi=tH15jR5tzi89peph
Love the way you didn't blame the doc (although could understand if you did)! That was a good learning point! Btw I have the same illness, also a man. But here in UKKK 🇬🇧 they PUSH Levothyroxine and rubbish everything else. Training, dealing with stress, and a keto, low carb, or ketovore diet help. Plus ginger, and occasional supplements!! Alhamdulillah in all circumstances. Thank you brother ❤
God bless you Matt for making this video. I’m watching this in 2024 after getting my bloods done to check how my body was reacting to a clinical ketogenic diet for a mental illness I live with. After watching this video I suspect I’m feeling much better on keto due to having no grains in my diet and I think even the mental illness could be caused by this too. Turns out I have hypothyroidism and I was feeling very anxious about it until I watched your video. From listening to your story, it turns out that everything can be ok! Thanks 💪
I've always wondered why the strings are backwards? Should be Low E = 1 and High E = 6, but it's the opposite... Even on tabs its displayed lowest pitch to highest from top to bottom...
Thanks Matt saw your video a while back and could relate 100%. Came back to tell you I have been gluten free now for 50 days! I feel charged!! Best i have felt in a long time. Cannot wait to see where I go from here!
@@Baby-Dont-Hurt-Me-007 My issues were stomach pain, tendon pain, heartburn, malnutrition, joint pain and muscle soreness, fatigue and much more. I won’t be adding gluten back in slowly for at least a year. Doing this because gluten destroys the gut and joints and it can take a long time before they repair adding gluten back in too early can mess everything up. Still feeling great and doubling down on stretching and probiotics to really speed up the healing. I urge anyone that is feeling the same to just cut it and test to see if you feel better. If not then you know you can eat it. I wish I could but unfortunately it seems I can’t. Happy to be feeling relief though.
@@Camdrawsthings if you stopped the gluten and your symptoms disappeared that means gluten was the cause of all of your symptoms. You can't add it back at any point in your life ever again. All of your symptoms will just come back and you will be back at square one
shout out to the Hashi crew! I have been hypo for 30 years and we finally found the antibodies. Going gluten free and soy free the past three months is having me feel the best i have in years! shout out to my Rheumatologist for finally testing for it. fwiw, we have a lot of hypo in my family and one with known Celiac. Hashis sux. Hope you’re doing well!
@@Baby-Dont-Hurt-Me-007 first, thing I notice, and everyone who knows me notices, is that my face gets super puffy and my upper gut starts to push out several inches. then I get gassy, then I start to limp from the irritation of another autoimmune disease in my knee, then I spend the next day limping and on the toilet 15-20 times. I get terribly irritable and the brain fog will leave me staring at things like I can’t remember if I was about to do something or already did it. Also, I drop things a lot all the next day as it’s like I lost my coordination. It’s maddening and frustrating.
Hi Matt, I hope you are well. I am a 41 year old male and at the start of my hypothyroidism journey. Your video has been insighful and its given me belief I can overcome this. My symptons started with waking up in the mornings and feeling as though ive been hit by a bus. I had my blood examined and found my TSH level was 8.3, T4 was normal but my antibody count was in the 1000's. They consider this as subclinical hypothyroidism in the UK which i think is Hashimotos disease. I am now on 25mg of levothyroxine, Its only been 2 weeks but i still feel depleted of energy and ive noticed my heart rate is now creeping into the 30s. I will be going back in 4 weeks for more tests and they will adjust the dose accordingly. In the meantime I have cleaned up my diet as much as possible and began taking supplements of zinc, magnesium and selenium. I was wondering if you were still taking levothyroxine?
Yes! I have taken 175 mg for a while… I think they will up Your dosage a lot until you get it under control. Great job being disciplined! Praying for you brother! You’ll feel normal again one day I promise!
Now I've gotta say man, my brother recently got diagnosed with CD and I've been dealing with inflammation issues my entire life and well my absolute favorite thing to put in my face is pizza. But after yesterday I had a lot of pizza and something really weird happened. Gotta be honest. This video really has made me feel motivated to try this out and see how it goes. I really feel like I'd get the same results as you. Let's see how this goes!
It's messing everything, you can count more than 50 symptoms. You feel like your soul leaving your body. Like you been drinking alcohol for weeks non stop. You exausted, sweting, no energy, , bad sleep, heart working hard, you can live best life, but depression takes over you. etc etc its insane
