I can do a backhand spring, even multiple backhand springs (even up to a triple) but I just can’t get over the fear of doing a round off backhand spring. I will try and do it on Monday with the help of your wise words. Will keep you updated!

I quit gymnastics after eight years because I couldn't do three backhandsprings in a row on the floor(I had extreme mental block, I would flat up freeze up as soon as I walked into the gym)... I'm going back after about 3-4 years tomorrow.

I saw her perform this at USA Worlds, It was excellent! I love the arm choreography and the music. Also she won the congeniality award which judging by her having fun during downtime, she truly deserved. Great job!

I am not a gymnast what so ever so I have no idea what I just watched but it looked AMAZING. Like jumping and landing in a beam seems so hard but you make it seem easy. Great job
