Hi there! We mostly used Google to find different places that either served halal meat or were vegetarian, and we would ask vendors if we felt we needed to. There is a halal app called Halal Navi that you could get to help too.
The river is mostly clean (not drinkable ofc), but in wheater conditions with heavy rains, the river (Miljacka) becomes brozne, due to it's origin compounds, the clay. In the summer period, mostly dried in the city, with low flows and smelly green things during sunset. Just an FYI :)
Sister kashmir is not a part of India. We are not with india by heart of geographically. Its just they have occupied us . Insha allah one day we will be free
