Hi There! I am a level 497 rogue.. I just switched to outlaw from sub. And Im just lost.. I think I got the rotation down, but I cant seem to get any higher then 200k dps on cleave dummies. Sim says I can do around 500. Is there something I may be missing here?
They need to uncap it, and make it scale better w other stats besides vers, it really puts a ceiling on how much we can put out. For all the gymnastics we have to do we deserve to be #1
By that logic BM and Ret etc. should always be bottom of the meters. But that's just not how Blizzards tuning works. It never did. Completely seneseless to approach it like this anyways. While there are objectively harder specs than others, in the grand scheme of things none of it is rocket science. The difficulty of high end PvE never came down *solely* to your specs gameplay anyways. Besides, the gap between top and bottom is usually so small in terms of damage tuning, that you can just chill on whatever spec you like. And if there's a scenario like here, where destro completely destroys all the small shitters to pad overall, then let em have their fun. If you want, link em oak damage afterwards. All the damage they deal to the small shitters like lashers is completely useless anyways, and if you play outlaw you should beat them very handily on prio damage on the targets that actually matter. But yeah regarding the uncapping I totally agree. Arbitrary caps just fucking suck.
I had to quit retail after realizing how gimped outlaw is at high keys with big pulls. Shame because the spec is a lot of fun and only one I wanted to play... won't be returning until they address the target cap

I just reinstalled the game, Boosted a character is this a good guide for being without tier pieces or anything. I have no clue how to play this game or class
Damn i failed my rolle the bones all the time😂 need the WA i guess to keep it up / extended. Single target is the same as aoe i guess rotation wisely just without bladeflurry
Atrophic is kinda bad unless someone in your group will get 100-0 without it. I prefer numbing because it makes the tank take 18% less damage from trash (only time they can die) and the 18% cast increase is very forgiving in chaotic pulls.
I havent played outlaw since SL , whats the major differences in DF , other than the crackshot remake obv? And where does the difficulty lie arround these days, looking for a melee main for S4
Keeping up adrenaline rush almost all the time is where the difficulty is at I'd say since it requires 100% uptime and rotational mistakes are punished more heavily than most specs.
You are amazing my guy. I was struggling with rotation. This improved my dps with 300k xD (AOE) Can you possibly give a more in depth guide to recommendations on keybinds?
I wanna play a rogue but im legit too stupid to figure out the rotation and how to play, i can watch hours of different guides and not get any of a sense of how to play the class, im a physical learner but i cant just figure it out by myself so im stuck to easy specs like ret and ww and fury
