Hey man, if you watched the full video I cover that you need the paid csp aka lightspatch, because RainFX is paid option from the paid custom shaders patch. In case you have it already, follow the steps I showed to delete the patch, then reinstalling properly, but skipping can miss you important details that I talk in the video.
BROTHER!!!!! I LOVE YOU FROM THE TOP OF MY HEART, THE ONLY GUY IN THE PAST 9 VIDEOS I SAW THAT WAS ACTUALLY ABLE TO TEACH ME HOW TO DO IT. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I RLY HOPE YOU PROSPER MORE AND MORE.
@@pant5u Thank you a lot Pantsy and you are always welcome to out discord, I've shared wheel setting for almost every wheel out there, car tunes and we discuss a lot of topic regularly
Hey brother, I have wheel settings channel in my discord, feel free to join and check the settings, but in general you can help to spin the wheel a bit faster. However you shouldn't have to do this, if you have good settings and also another option is to increase the car ffb from inside the game, when going to the sidebar you can search FFB and an application will show up, where you can control the Gain, keep in mind it not only increases the speed of the wheel, but also the ffb, so it will make the whell stiffer.
Hey brother, follow the FULL In-Depth Rain Guide that I have. Also make sure you have paid CSP etc. if you do all the stuff correctly from the Full In-depth guide and have everything paid, then you will be good, also make sure you have original assetto not pirated.
Wow just started using it for general driving and got -2 on lap time LMAO Any chance we could add G force or something like that? Like those balls they used to have in the old school drift vids?
@@joshipokemongiveaways5084 Hey brother that's a great idea, I'm still in a look for an editor to help us continue developing it, but I can definitely consider trying that, I know the G forces on pro drift cars, so will note all this.
54:15 youtube has blessed me with this video the same day I got my TS-PC racer and fixed my whole setup. I used to be able to drift without ffb, now its SO HARD .
@@casunax3484 Glad to hear this brother, feel free to follow my series, I will be covering absolutely everything very soon, just this week IRL is so busy
Couple things I would like to know what you use. First of all where your wheelbase torque is set at? I know there is many other things you can mess up with too, but I think that's the most important one. Of course that's also personal preference and not all guys have all 32nm of torque available, but what you have find to suit you best? Secondly what type of car you should have power wise? Is it like 180hp or is like 400hp? I know you can do it with all, but what you think is the easiest to start with? Also do you recommend to have turbo or not? And if so do you recommend to set it to something else than 100%?
Hey brother, these are very good questions. 1. I'd strongly advise you to join us on our discord, I've setup settings for almost every wheel out there tested and approved by high lvl drivers. 2. I'd strongly advise to watch my new episodes, I will soon start completely new series, as the video you just watched was quite long ago 1 year + and my knowledge was not even close to be that deep, as it is now. My advise is start with E30 Drift from Kunos, you don't want turbo cars with angle kits and all that stuff, which will be very forgiving and teach you bad stuff.
It’s all in the throttle never let go completely never floor it. You can learn how to drift on the simplest wheel set up with two pedals!!believe it ps and with a stock car !!
@@toad2039 absolutely brother, one of the things on the new episodes will be Throttle & Steering which I make my clients do for months regarding all kinds of techniques once that is mastered, I add the rest of the pedals and handbrake.
A very useful app, especially for learning, for analyzing and eliminating bad habits. One app instead of several separate ones. Thanks for sharing for free.
Well explained and i just love the app, it has everything i really need and it comes with no performance loss, very good optimization aswell. It's just amazing!
This app is useful for seeing the precise data inputs. I started in April with absolutely no knowledge of drifting. It was okay to look at the graphics to see what eXotic was doing and try to replicate it prior to this app. However, this app allowed me to repeat exactly the inputs for initiation and the start of the drift so that I could develop further. If you like using data and seeing the exact inputs, then this app is a game changing tool. It's the drifting equivalent of the popometer tool for sim racing for the LFM license. Thank you eXotic for providing this tool!
@@think2mucheh glad to hear it helped, if you get in trouble there is a Full In-Depth rain guide video I made long ago. I also released our new assetto corsa app in my last video yesterday.
@@muki_hi Hey Muki, I use Thrustmaster TS-XW and I have wheel settings made in our discord server, feel free to hop in and navigate to the "How To Drift" Category for wheel and practice settings.
@@muki_hi T300 and TS-XW are great belt driven wheels, I do recommend them for their longevity, they work well and last long, as long as you also do some maintenance.
@@seangray4512 I'm sure you will love having all the real time data displayed to you and all inputs shown directly, so you can track what you are doing. Thank you Sean for the support, looking forward for your feedback after testing!
I've been using this app for a little while now and it's awesome. Small footprint, no performance loss and it's a great learning tool. Especially when drifting you can see the actual numbers other drivers use. Thanks Project X!
@@Exeterband Glad you enjoyed it and I've been seeing the progress you made, big effort and a good app to give you feedback makes a big difference. Thank you!
i have been using this app for sometime now with coaching from exotic, and it has helped immensely! i seriously would recommend you guys to check this out if you wanna take your driving to the next level!
The app is perfect for me and its occurred on 100% I have use it for like a mount and I can not complaynt about it go downloaded you are not going to regret it.
been looking for an app that shows all the vitals for drifting and loving it so far, only thing i would change is the ability to resize the app to make it easier to read, other than that highly rate and recommend it.
grate app, love how you can toggle just the information you want if i had this when i started learning drifting im pretty sure i would have avoided some bad habits that i realized i had when i started using this i havent tryed it after you added the steering degree, but thats a grate idea that im sure will be super usefull
@@acslider807 It was definitely one of my goals to get an app that is great for every driver no matter the level, thank you very much for beta testing it and the feedback you provided, it means a lot!
This is excellent. Is there a huge performance loss with this? I use another pedal trace app that absolutely kills my fps. I play in VR so thats a huge bummer
Hey brother this is great question, I know about fps killer apps and we build it for performance, it's why it has the very basic design look. However, please give us any feedback, if you find fps drops or issues, I advise you to test is and you can message us on discord, let us know, if app takes a lot of fps or if it is okay, thank you a lot in advance!
I just saw the app is officially released! I remember asking about it a month ago when it was still in development, and I’m super excited to see it live now. Thank you so much for all the hard work you guys put into it. I know this is going to be a game-changer for my sim drifting experience. Keep up the awesome work!
