Being disabled as a teen was really hard at first I thought it was cool but then when I went to high school during my freshman year it hit me really hard how different I was and I got really depressed about for the whole first year of high school but I transferred from Ballard to North Odham High and found students like myself that I could really trust and call my friends I was so lucky to find such honest good people and most students accepted me because my disability wasn’t visible I’m really lucky to have friends who are as mature and grown up as myself
