Please do exercise strength training ( 1 hour atleast) as well while having one meal, because you’ll loose your muscles, along with fat, muscles are very important , loose fat not muscles….. do healthy fat lose journey… with patience….. don’t be hurry in loosing fat…. go slow , Please do research on “ loose fat not muscles Muscles loose = beauty, strength loose.

I got headaches only for the first day and from the second day I started keeping a track on my water intake, that maybe helped with the headache. And I started with Intermittent fasting and then started OMAD
