It's a classic trap for russian speakers and generally slavic people. When you ask them "How do you feel?", they often answer "I feel myself good", which means "I masturbate good" in slang. A way to ridicule people. And the interviewer obviously wanted to ridicule Usyk. But Usyk managed to escape the trap in a funny way.
