Show a video riding it uphill Somewhere in Shimla or similar place... Show a video carrying a gas cylinder on it thats what even petrol scooters can't carry now days, They have no space... The product is best i have searched everywhere online nothing compared to this product is available... I would definately buy one some day... ❤

IP54, resistant against mild rain and splashes but can't be submerged in water or ridden in heavy rain. Currently we sell the products directly from factory to customers, but we are onboarding some retailers. I'm interested in buying this. Need more info like battery warranty? Where do I need to get this repaired in case I run into any issues after purchase?
@@SureshKumar-vb5mn ok, there is a warranty of 1 year on body, motor, charger, battery and controller. Most of the the issues can be solved by users themselves, for major issues a technician will be assigned or it can be take to a retailer. We are currently taking retailers onboard for this. Initially product will be available for people in Delhi-NCR, then we will start PAN India

Hi Sayed, We can understand your emotions, we are also trying our best to get the product on floor as soon as possible but are trying to mitigate any issues that we might have in the product before rolling it out to the customers. Please understand that we are a startup with limited resources, it takes more time for us to do the testing and then incorporate changes. We won't be giving an exact timeline unless the product is on the floor, ready to roll out. If you are in Delhi-NCR then you are welcome to take a test ride of Protos.
