I've played more games than any person ever probably should. I am also a huge One Piece fan if you couldn't already tell. It is peak fiction.
My channel is mainly home to a variety of gaming content. Game playthroughs, reviews, guides, clips, streaming, etc. I also make some anime and art related content.
My dream is to have a great channel where people can come to share their love of gaming and anime. Just like Luffy, I can't achieve my dream on my own, so help me out by subscribing and joining my crew.
The fact that I need this even when playing on explorer is so annoying bc I don’t really want to be spending hours trying to defeat one goofy devil man
@MrGrizz. He can be very annoying on a first playthrough regardless of difficulty. Something that can help a lot is a scroll of globe of invulnerability if you have one.
I don't play RPGs, I don't really like the genre. I am obsessed with this game. I was drawn in by the clips of the characters, I've learned parts of their stories through videos, but I NEEDED to see more. So I bought the game and I am hooked. It's so well written and so well acted and beautifully animated that the appeal transcends genres.
@JMANTHEGREAT899 I don't think it really matters what persona you use here. As long as it has the ability to use poison, you should be able to poison this enemy.
I finally got it. It was so much easier than expected, just inflicted poison and then guarded until the enemy had almost no health left and used a normal attack to kill it. That way it can't exploit any weaknesses.
Some tips for anybody on their first time fighting him. Save up all of the smoke bombs that you get as well as all type of bombs that you get that due 20 or more damage to use on the pillars, I took all of the pillars out very quickly Plus when my extra attack. I'm playing a Ranger/Gloomstalker-Rogue/ Assassin, So I throw the bombs at the nearest pillar then I use my bow(Jolt bow with archery fighting style plus Sharpshooter) The pillars will always give you 100% from what I've seen to attack them. Separate your people, if you have a cleric like shadow heart you can get Hope who will help you in this fight, cast sanctuary on her, she doesn't need to fight just have her constantly heal when you need it, use her heels when multiple people are at half health. At the start of the fight use banish on Yugir(unless you can get him to fight alongside you which is 25 or 30 dice roll I forgot but it's one of those & banish another minion who's close to one of your allies in the middle, You can also buy smoke pellets and things like that at Felygorys or however it's spelt fireworks shop where you get the smokepowder bomb arrows also. "Purchased from various vendors. Cyrel and Roah Moonglow tend to be the earliest-encountered vendors who sometimes carry a few" it isn't really specific as you can see I copy & pasted that. Save all of those that you get throughout the game assuming your looking through everything taking your time which you should be in this game. So in my party I have two heavy hitters such as Lae'zel & Karlach, They are in the front lawns clearing out all of the enemies Make sure there's some space between them though not to have them too close to each other but they can double up on the same enemies to get them out of the way as soon as possible though. Then I have Shadowheart who I gave some smokepowder bombs too, I had over 25, gave her 10 & kept 8 or so for myself & gave 2 to Karlach just in case. So with my main character that I created as well as Shadowheart, I used to take down the pillars while the other two attack & hold the line, I also cast shield of faith to get +2 amor with my main & Shadowheart, they start dodging a lot of attacks, in this fight now that I used it, neither of them have gone down between that & also healing but they don't really have attacks land on them, Shadowheart has 22 AC plus 2 with that spell(also Shars Aegis from the Shadowheart quest gives you the body armor that has it if you complete the quest & stuff), once I take out a pillar, I then use whoever took out the pillar to attack on their next turn while the other person uses more smokepowder bombs to weaken the next pillar. I also gave my main attackers for potions of speed as well as some for my other characters which I haven't really needed but you can use these when someone is at half health & your attacks are pretty good to where you know if you attack them two more times you will definitely kill that person then you can use a potion of speed, also keep your haste grenades ready in this battle as well. ***VERY VERY IMPORTANT TIP*** Hope can use a revival with Divine Intervention, use the rejuvenation spell to get a long rest during battle but ONLY after you used all your heavy hitting abilities & stuff & are out of healing spells from hope, use hope to be the healer What everybody else deals damage either the pillars or enemies. By the time you're using this it should be that you've been fighting Raphael for some time now & that you did over 100 damage to him. With "severe soul" all attacks even magic scrolls have a 12% or less chance to hit so don't even waste me just use your regular attacks, accuracy oils help(I didn't use any) hideous laughter, fear works on him 55% chance I had with Shadowheart. Also there is a bug we're right after you kill him it says "This person doesn't think highly of you" if you have hope with you so change your character & talk to her again. Make sure to loot everything & use the fountain as much as you need before you rip up your contract.
I didn't really need to video as I already pretty much had him beat I just was looking for a way to get rid of the severe soul curse but still thank you
Shit is dog shit, I destroyed all pillars & I have severed soul, I figured destroying them with help because it's pretty much common sense even looked it up to make sure, everybody was saying make sure you destroy them all now because I destroyed them I can't get rid of this severed soul BS like come on man, first time I got pretty far in the fight, I had 1 & a half pillars left & two of his devil minions left. For a first try that's not bad, this time, I'm Batman'ing it(when Batman shows up the second time with knowledge of what he's up against & fucks shit up) I destroyed all pillars & minions & have Raphael on 500 & some HP, now the fight just takes forever due to the disadvantage. Don't tell me I have to use a pillar & to keep one up which would mean restarting the fight 🤦🏿♂️
Just got done beating him in my second playthrough 40 minutes after typing the initial post up above with all pillars destroyed, it was a long dragged out fight with disadvantage the whole time because There's a bug where you can't get rid of the "severe soul" so keep that in mind
i did this without fucking akihiko fml at least my mc had a persona with tarunda and rakukaja (also yukari was dead when i beat it so she’s behind like two levels 😭)
I did the long way route. I figured out that the relic doesn't attack the same user twice also that it goes the same direction of attack so you can just guard and attack.
The enemy uses Electricity>Ice>Wind, always in this order. Electricity - make Yukari guard Ice - make Akihiko guard Wind - make Junpei guard Make sure the main character doesn't have a persona weak to the upcoming elemental attack.
How long did it take to get to that level? I'm currently at lv.15 with only 3 party members.. I get really close to beating him with my current setup, I just need more healing items and I would be golden.
I'm not sure how long it took. You must be doing this fight earlier than Idid. Doing it with 3 would be tough without poison. You may have to reload an old save and grind a few levels, or you could progress until May 23, which is when Akihiko joins.
the fight is possible for sure I have the party of three and defeated this boss.I mainly let yukaria heal, junpie buff defence and my main use the medium wind persona spell. I did revive once, but I think that perfectly fine at level 16
@@StrawHatGamingKing Another easy tip..... Keep spamming distress and stun with normal attacks. And rotate blocks occasionally like one of the comments mentioned. The night I unlocked the path I went ham
One Piece is easily the best anime of the year. Vinland Saga was the second best. Also, since it was eligible, how the hell was Mob Psycho 100 III not even nominated for Anime of the Year!? Easily the third best of the year. The people in charge of the nominations are philistines. Anyways...what did y'all vote for?
I did the fight on an evil playthough with a drow necromancer main, respec necromancer Astarion, DJ shadowheart and Minthara at lvl 8. The oubliette has an effect called rejuvenating miasma that allows undead summons without corpses, allowing 4 skeletons on my main + 1 elemental, same on Astarion and 3 skeletons on shadowheart with us tagging along. There is a restoration before the fight so shadowheart could cast aid on the whole army and everyone could get the spell slots back. It was a lot of fun showing up to the god of death with the bone patrol. Only thing is to keep the summons in the back to avoid AOE from the mindflayer and take advantage of the fact Ketheric only casts incubate death, allowing the skeletons to quickly destroy it and buy unlimited time to heal up. It was a slow fight, but funny and pretty trivial on tactician.
I had no idea you could drill into the ground and hit the Mumsies with the drill when you pop back up! It’s true what they say: you learn something new every day!
On my first playtrough i defeated him in the same turn he spawned before he could attak me once. I think he roled bad with his intuition and didnt get an archievment. I had to do the bossfight twice because there was a bug with the spear of selune and on the second time i killed him in the second turn and receifed the archievment. I didnt know there was one until then i just wanted the spear 😂😂
How come does this dude jump 3 times a turn? I get a bonus action, for second jump, as some classes might have, but I dont see any additional triangles here -.-
It's a monk class ability that makes jump no longer cost a bonus action. So you can jump until your movement speed runs out. You can travel insanely far in one turn just by jumping everywhere.
