Really cannot understand how you can relate yourselves to a person who's been sexist, racist and xenophobic towards his staff for years in his venues(several lawsuits), is an active bully and in general a really shit person whom once was brilliant as a chef ,but unfortunately got eaten by his own big ego. He has fucked up so many lives, acted like an absolute entitled clown whenever he'd come into any of his venues that LITERALLY could not pay their bills for months, would get drunk and just make out with his girlfriend by the bar. Sit the fuck down Mark and have a good look at yourself.
Hello there, I love these kinds of videos, but your speach is very hard to hear. Perhaps invest in a reasonable quality lapel microphone, hook it up to laptop and record a separate audio track to dub?
Nice!!! It is wonderful to learn about Indian cheesemakers. Namrata's passion and explanations are lovely. Also love how she adds spices to more plain cheeses
i need to find time to follow your whole infos..but..generally i am confused with UKs cheese offerings..for hard cheese I mostly find different sorts of cheddars..as you describe.Continental cheese has so many different names/varieties..eg Gouda, Edam, Tilsiter, Bergkäse, Buttercheese, Emmentaler etc..each of them is distinct and special and also has different production sites..bit why is there mostly Cheddar in the Uk? I was always wondering. thanks for helping out PS..sure if you go to Delis...situation is different, speaking about average daily quick cheese buying its as described...
