Livio Della Seta, MD, psychotherapist, was born and lives in Rome. He is a member of the Italian Society of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy (SITCC). He co-authored "Eradicate Guilt feelings" (Marsilio 2005) and "Eradicate Anxiety and Panic" (Mondadori 2012). In 2014 for Sonzogno he published "Living Emotions." His latest book is "The Story of a Glass and its Content. How our mind constructs external reality" (PM editions 2022)
