I love EMDR practices so I do them every day before going to sleep and right after waking up. I'm a teenager who feels worried about making mistakes and decisions, and bilateral stimulation changes my attitude to myself and to difficult situations. Bilateral stimulation is the best practice to be calmer and more confident for me: it makes me feel that my problems move aside for some time. It works especially when I increase the speed of the video - I heard fast EMDR practice helps to deal with moments when there are a lot of negative emotions appearing. It also sounds in a major key when it's fast, what makes the music more pleasant. I prefer tactile type of bilateral stimulation, but this music is calming and enjoyable too. It's the best track I found on the Internet ❤

I have a question, how do I know when to stop? Do you need to be in a state where you don't feel sensation and emotion at all? Because sometimes with EMDR I can feel calm after 10 minutes and sometimes nothing happens. Is there a situation where we need to do EMDR for an hour or more until we become calm?
Hi Sometimes the unconscious mind is willing to speak but our conscious mind does not allow it. I would recommend that you let yourself go, that you neither believe nor stop believing, just exist in that moment wherever the music takes you. And if it takes you to cry, cry, if it takes you to feel nothing, don't feel it, if it takes you to a dream, observe the dream, release all control of the conscious mind and try to embrace the experience as it is. I have anxiety and sometimes feel real pressure in my chest and stomach.. I tried for 10 minutes and I didn't feel any change.. or crying... when I make eye movements sometimes it does calm down.. how do you know it works? how long to do

Si escuchas los beats alternativos al mismo tiempo en ambos oídos puede que estés escuchando en modo Mono (Monofónico), que significa que ambas señales salen por un mismo canal. Jorge, this compositions is amazingly beautiful. It is so calming when life is stressful. It seems to fly by so quickly though. Sometimes 15 minutes just isn’t enough when there has been a rough day. Have you ever considered making a long version of this? Perhaps 30 minutes or an hour? I think that you’d have lots of people listening to it. Thanks for your consideration. In answer to your question, for some people long sessions can be effective, but studies indicate that after 15 or 20 minutes the effectiveness of the process does not increase. Thank you this is calming me down l have anxiety and severe panic attacks disorder! Stay in panic mode from 3 am and it last all day can you imagine how l feel 😢 my prayer! Get a deliverance from anxiety and panic attacks l have been on Ativan and it doesn't help me at all l tried everything but this is helping my panic mode and l am getting calmed down finally.
